Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Time Blockers mobile application ("App") operated by Phoenix N Fox, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a region where the App is distributed (currently the United States App Store) to use Time Blockers. You must sign in with Apple to create an account.

User-Generated Content

Time Blockers includes community features: a public timeline, profiles, Block Party chat, and Block Off results. You are responsible for content you post. Do not post illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or spam content.

We provide in-app tools to report content, report users, and block users. Public thumbnails are scanned on-device with automated heuristics that may soft-flag or temporarily hide high-confidence violations for human review. Reports and auto-flagged posts are reviewed within 24 hours. Accounts are never banned by automation — suspension requires human review.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. All sales are subject to Apple's terms. Consumable and non-consumable products are described in the App. We do not offer subscriptions.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion permanently removes your server-side profile, blocks, timeline entries, and purchases record. Local data on your device can be deleted separately in Settings.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix N Fox, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Phoenix N Fox, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Time Blockers mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

By using Time Blockers, you agree to the practices described in this policy. This App is intended for users aged 18 and older on the US App Store.

Information We Collect

• Account information (Sign in with Apple). When you sign in, we receive a stable user identifier from Apple via our authentication provider (Supabase). Apple may share your name and email on first sign-in if you choose to share them. We store a username, display name, and profile metadata on our servers.
• Photos, videos, and thumbnails. Captures are stored locally on your device. If you post to the community timeline, we upload a thumbnail (and optionally a compressed public video if you opt in) to our servers (Supabase Storage). Full-resolution originals remain on your device unless you export them.
• Location (optional). If you grant permission, we attach latitude, longitude, and a place name to timeline posts you choose to share. Location is never collected in the background.
• Block ownership and gameplay data. Owned seconds, marketplace transfers, campaign participation, Block Party membership, Block Off matches, and follow relationships are stored on our servers to sync across devices.
• Purchase records. StoreKit transaction identifiers and product IDs are verified server-side to grant entitlements. We do not receive your full payment card details — Apple processes payments.
• First-party analytics. We log lightweight, first-party events (e.g., offer impressions, purchase outcomes) to an analytics table tied to your user ID. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• Reports and blocks. If you report content or block a user, we store the report reason and blocked user ID to enforce community safety.
• Moderation scan signals. When you post publicly, the app runs an on-device thumbnail scan (Vision face detection and image heuristics) and may send a moderation status, score, and non-biometric signal summary to our servers so our team can review flagged posts. We do not use this for advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Age verification. You enter your date of birth on first launch to confirm you are 18+. We store only a pass/fail flag on your device — your birth date is not transmitted to our servers.
• Push notification tokens. If you allow notifications, we store your Apple push device token on our servers so we can send alerts (e.g., when someone you follow posts a capture). You can turn off follow alerts per person in Following or disable notifications in iOS Settings.

How We Use Your Information

• Operate block ownership, marketplace, campaigns, and social features.
• Sync your account, timeline posts, and entitlements across devices.
• Verify in-app purchases and prevent fraud.
• Review user reports and automated flags, and enforce our Terms of Service (human review; no automated account bans).
• Improve the App using first-party analytics (not sold to advertisers).
• Send optional push notifications for block reminders (scheduled on-device) and social activity (delivered via Apple Push Notification service).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or advertising profiles.

Third-Party Services

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, StoreKit payments, and on-device camera/microphone. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — Authentication, database, file storage, and Edge Functions for our backend. Data is stored in the United States. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

Server-side data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, blocks, timeline entries, thumbnails, compressed public videos, purchase records, challenge stats, push tokens, reports, and block lists from our servers.

Local captures and settings remain on your device until you delete them in Settings or uninstall the App.

Children's Privacy

Time Blockers is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by using in-app account deletion or contacting us. California and other state privacy rights requests are handled at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date above will be updated.
